EPA Regulations on Lead in Drinking Water

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has revised the Lead and Copper Rule of 1991-the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) in 2021. Part of these revisions mandates that Little Hocking Water Association conduct a water service line inventory which includes both the customer-owned service line and the utility-owned side of the service line.

We have created this website to help Little Hocking Water Association customers determine the material of their water service lines. Click here to enter the website.  By filling out this survey, Little Hocking Water Association can submit the mandatory service line information to the EPA. This will save our staff time and will minimize the need for our Field Techs to enter your home. This information will be used to satisfy the EPA’s LCRR requirements which went into effect December 2021. Please follow the links below to learn more about this Regulation and why it is important for us to do this survey.
